Jennifer Rabenstein is a spiritual healer who blends in artistic ways of promoting self growth and healing. She offers a variety of healing modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, shamanic work, art, and yoga! Jennifer utilizes her practiced modalities for private sessions, group gatherings, public classes, and sacred celebrations and rituals. Jennifer loves the art of holding space for everyone's you-nique spiritual healing journey.
In 2019, Jennifer completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training with focuses on making yoga accessible for all. This means that she supports anyone who wants to practice yoga, no matter their body type, experience, or any other obstacle they may face. Because she is vision impaired, losing her sight to Stargardts, Jennifer learns to practice and guide others in yoga through verbal cues and having people build up their awareness of their bodies. To Jennifer, yoga is not about what it looks like, and is all about what it feels like. Jennifer enjoys leading a variety of yoga flows such as accessible flows with modifications (using chairs, props, wall, ground), gentle flows (focusing on the feelings being in the poses), and restorative flows (using props to hold the body in poses). She has also trained in Tai Chi and enjoys blending it into yoga classes. Any time she leads yoga Jennifer puts out invitations for others to follow along, and ultimately encourages them to listen to their own needs to do what they feel is flowing for them in the moment.
